Shea butter is a natural super moisturizing butter that is anti-inflammatory as well as healing.
- As a moisturizer – UNscented (make sure it is unscented to avoid irritation) shea butter can be used on your face and scented shea butter on your body – I will give a recipe on how to make your own smell good shea butter! Shea butter deeply hydrates the skin due to high levels of vitamin E making it a great moisturizer.
- As a lip balm – you can dab a small amount of shea butter on your lips to help heal chapped lips keeping them soft and smooth.
- As a hair conditioner/mask/moisturizer – personally I leave in the shea butter but you can leave it in your hair for 30 minutes or more and wash it out.
- Eczema, Psoriasis & Dermatitis Relief – shea butter relieves itching and inflammation due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Tips for Best Use:
Use raw/unrefined shea butter for maximum benefits.
Warm a small amount between palms before applying.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
